Dark, hazy sky
fills me with unknown terror.
Fear escapes from within,
sorrow and depression seems to begin.

Gloomy rainy days,
are often times filled with haze.
Thunder and lightning fills my room,
my inner thoughts are filled with gloom.

A raven flies by my window,
drenched in rain,
my thoughts filled with pain.

A hint of sun shines through the clouds,
my depression is gone.
Happiness and tranquility seems to be nearly won.

When the light shines bright,
your mood puts up a fight.
Happiness always wins,
watch the depression drift away like the winds.

Alternate version

When the light shines bright,
your mood puts up a fight.
Happiness always wins,
watch the depression vanish like a fart in the wind.
